One of my favourite stories growing up was The Magic Faraway Tree.  Nine teachers are new at this site and the school is very old, but there was lots of positive energy.We bought a Prius two days ago.On receipt of their copy I was pretty shocked at a few of the observations the teacher had noted, which went against what I had noted here at home. And the one that stood out for me was that it was 'somewhat true' that Lucy was being bullied or picked on. Imagine it! I decided she didn't need to know about cholera at the age of four. In fact I'll admit to still occasionally daydreaming about it now!  My Mom can still surprise me. I do worry about my health now in that respect, and add up the units per week thinking 'this can't be good?'. I can appreciate the appeal of Maisy, but I just don't understand how a mumbling incoherent mouse could garner such a following. And Barbie's mass appeal isNike Dunk Sb Shoes quite disturbing too, though surprisingly her stories are adventure-based and not entirely narcissistic like I thought they'd be.I've never really gotten into animated movies (different from cartoons), but when I watched Spirited Away recently I was smitten. Director Miyazaki is a genius. We've also just watched My Neighbour Totoro, and though I didn't find it as captivating as Spirited Away, I thought the catbus was the best thing ever (watch it and you'll see). I completed mine while the other copy was at kindergarten so I wouldn't be swayed or influenced by what the teacher wrote.  Well I stomped around the house, I screamed, I cried and I yelled at God for not giving me this one thing I wanted.I am not saying it doesn't hurt and I am probably going to stew about this little longer but as much Nike Dunk Sb Shoesas it pains me to say this, my husband was right. I completely missed the big picture.
